You may cancel an online order for a non-bespoke product within 14 days of delivery. Brand-new, boxed and unopened goods are refunded in full less a £99 pallet collection fee. Opened goods carry a 30% restocking fee in addition to the £99 collection fee and must be complete, undamaged and in their original packaging; installed or used items cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — please report damage within 48 hours with photos. Refunds reach your original payment method within 14 days of the goods arriving back with us. Made-to-measure kitchens, bedrooms and media walls, and completed fitting, cannot be returned.
